1. Mutual relationship

1.1 Mutual relationship between the Client and the Company Rafting Adventure s.r.o. (hereinafter referred to as “The Rental“) adhere to the provisions of the Civil Code which are supplemented and modified in accordance with the conditions of the Rental and are obligatory for both Contracting parties.
1.2. Contract relationship between the Rental and the Client becomes effective upon the signature by the Client and the Rental (each of the parties shall receive one counterpart), and upon receipt of advance payment amounting to 50% of the total price.

2. Responsibility for equipment and compensation

2.1. The Client takes responsibility for any borrowed equipment. The Client is obliged to use the equipment in a usual way only for the purpose to which it was designed. According to the Contract, the equipment shall be used only for water tourism and the Client is obliged to protect it from heat damage (e.g. open fire). Inflatable boats on the shore shall be prevented from the heat and rupture by early air - release from the vessels.
2.2. The Client is obliged to pay compensation arising from the Contract to the Rental until 15 days (see the table) in case of loss, stealing or damage of the equipment. The Client is obliged to pay agreed price on the day of the equipment return.
2.3. If the Client fails to pay any repair costs, compensation for loss or rental fee to the Rental in the period as agreed by the Contract (15 days), the Client shall be obliged to pay a delay penalty in the amount of 0,5 % off the debt amount daily.
2.4. The Rental is not responsible for any health injuries or damages on the property of the Client. The Client performs water tourism at his own risk. The Rental sells water equipment which is available at retail and in accordance with the state standards.
2.5. The Rental shall provide spare equipment to the Client in case of its function failure.
