Rafting in Liptovsky Mikulas - Area of Water sports Ondreja Cibáka - Slovakia

Rafting on the wildest area in Liptov region. A Water canoe slalom area in Liptovsky Mikulas offers rafting in an artificial water canal located near the centre of Liptovsky Mikulas.
Its difficulty and features meet the parameters of world´s quality (The European Championship of adults in canoe slalom on wild water are to be held there in 2007). This track is a home of our Olympic winners – Michal Martikán and Elena Kaliská.
The area is suitable especially for real devotees of adrenaline fun. You will face to various hurdles as a real professional. You will find big waves, water rolling passages, foamy water rolls and jumps there.
Within 2 hours ( approximately 8-10 rides) you will be taught how to overcome artificial water hurdles by an instructor who knows the track well. A boat is watched by a guard on a bank.
The advantage of this track is is that those who stay on a bank can take photographs of their colleagues, watch or encourage them which is impossible on natural rivers.
The track is suitable for everyone who wants to experience a proper ride.
